Yulene suggested starting a daily program of Quigong Massage on the kids. The program lasts 5 months. We will go through a 30 minute video at the group meeting. We also have these 3 videos of Pam actually practicing some of the movements on Liam. Take a look. Yulene says it only takes about 15 minutes to do the exercises, so we could do them in all your sessions.
