I was super excited to see the last issue of Harvard Business Review  (Jan 2012) -- the most popular publication for MBA students, and practicing managers -- and to see the cover page: "The value of happiness - How employee well-being drives profits." It has several articles about the value of positivity and happiness in organizations. It's exciting to see business people talking about happiness! I am thinking of writing about that myself. Imagine that, blending my personal passion with my research :)
